2026 Spring Update Letter

Read the CCHE supporter letter. This spring update shares developments on some ongoing issues in the homeschooling movement and describes more recent challenges homeschool families are facing in specific provinces — mostly due to government overreach.

We are on a mission at the Canadian Centre for Home Education (CCHE). Our mission is to support and strengthen the homeschooling movement through various ongoing initiatives.

In general, our work is to bring awareness to the rights of parents, influence the perception about home education in society, including government authorities, and inspire families to embrace and continue their homeschooling journey. 

We also help support advocacy efforts, fund critical legal cases, and continue to spend a large portion of our yearly budget on legal and lobbying experts who are defending our freedoms before judges, bureaucrats, and politicians. 

Whether you can give a big or little one-time donation, give through a monthly contribution, or give to leave a legacy, you can join with us as one of the helping hands to make home education easier for families to experience.

Use the secure donation form for a one-time or monthly contribution.

To securely e-transfer, send your donation to financial@cche.ca. Please include your full name, mailing address, postal code, and email address in the notes of your e-transfer, or in a follow-up email. We need this information to issue your official tax receipt.
